Peter J. Bendig Jr. is the President and CEO of Iron Psych Works, Inc. He currently is pursuing his Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Capella University. Pete has recently finished all of his coursework and is currently in the dissertation phase of his Ph.D. He has a master's degree in Counseling from Wilmington College and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Neumann College. Pete has consulted with numerous individuals in the area of sport, exercise, health and wellness for over five years. Pete combines his knowledge of counseling, sport, exercise and health psychology to generate creative solutions to overcome his clientèle's numerous and vast health, exercise and sport related issues.
In the past endeavors, Pete has taught physical education for both middle school and high school. He also has supplied counseling services to children and their families in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Pete has also participated in collegiate basketball, collegiate lacrosse, and collegiate cross country running. He continues to participate in organized sports including basketball and lacrosse.

Heather Reali is the Vice-President of Iron Psych Works, Inc. She is the educational consultant at Iron Psych Works, Inc. She has a master's degree in Education from Wilmington College and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Neumann College. Heather has consulted with numerous individuals in the areas of exercise, health and wellness for over two years. Heather combines her knowledge of counseling, education, exercise and health to help clients establish and achieve fitness goals.
In the past endeavors, Heather has taught in the field of special education for both middle school and high school children and she also has supplied counseling services to children and their families in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Heather participated in collegiate basketball. She currently trains for competitive running.
